OUR HISTORY

 

CSO was founded and incorporated in 1995 to provide first-rate consulting services in the areas of Government Procurement, Contract Management, Proposal Development/ Preparation, Project Management and Market Research. CSO has now expanded to provide Business Development services.

CSO is a “Vietnam Veteran owned” small business with its Corporate Headquarters located in Lexington, North Carolina, supporting customers throughout the United States and overseas.

OUR PRESIDENT AND CEO

 John T. Snead, Jr. is the President and CEO of CSO.  John has over 28 years experience with the Government as both a retired military non-commissioned officer and a Federal civilian.  John’s involvement and experience in the Telecommunications field with both industry and Government agencies provides a broad spectrum of support to our customers.
