CSO pricing policy is based on two tenets: first, share the risk with you, the customer, to the maximum extent possible and second, provide pricing that is more cost effective then your company maintaining large in-house staffs to perform the work.

RISK SHARING

CSO firmly believes that we should share the risk with our customers.  We do this by identifying the risk associated with a particular service and identifying how CSO can share that risk with you.  For example, if CSO is asked to provide the complete proposal support for a requirement and our customer does not win the contract, then CSO will rebate a portion of the labor cost back to our customer.  By doing this, our customers know in advance that CSO is there to support them to the fullest, not to just do a job, but to make a difference!

PRICING METHODOLOGY 

CSO provides a wide spectrum of pricing methods for the types of services we provide to our customers.  Some methods include commissions for identifying business opportunities, per hour or per day labor rates for proposal support, a firm fixed price for a total project (start to finish) or teaming arrangements in which CSO accepts follow-on work in place of up front costs.  We provide pricing on an individual case basis with each customer.  The bottom line is that CSO will make every effort possible to provide the service that you need to maximum your profitability over in-house staffs.
