CSO firmly
believes that we should share the risk with our customers. We do
this by identifying the risk associated with a particular service
and identifying how CSO can share that risk with you. For
example, if CSO is asked to provide the complete proposal support
for a requirement and our customer does not win the contract, then
CSO will rebate a portion of the labor cost back to our customer.
By doing this, our customers know in advance that CSO is there to
support them to the fullest, not to just do a job, but to make a
difference! |
